COOL BREEZE POOLS

  After purchasing our home in April 2021, I began to contact pool companies around the CSRA and I quickly discovered that Augusta pool installs are a high demand, low-density market environment. There is a 2 year back up and waiting list for installations standard across major existing companies Pete Alwine, Hefner and Peach Tree Pools.

This leaves consumers with the choice of taking a chance on a lesser-known installer, or simply waiting around for one of the big well known 3 to have a spot open up years (not exaggerating) down the road.

I was fortunate and lucky to personally know the owner of Rocky Creek Landscaping and for several months we discussed the possibility of Brent branching out to open up a new company for new options for clients like myself. This is where Cool Breeze pools was first born.

My intuition was correct and my family made the right choice to hire Cool Breeze Pools to be their first installation here in Augusta. Brent was attentive, and eager to learn and to coordinate my wife and my vision of what we wanted in our back yard, to truly be our Oasis to create forever memories for my family and friends. After deciding our pool we ordered and there is a standard 6 week build time for fiberglass pools. Meanwhile Brent pulled permits, ordered coping and pavers and began to survey our backyard to prepare for excavation.

Delivery was smooth and installation was even better. Within 2 weeks of delivery of my pool plus a ten day standard "settling time" for the pool construction was complete. Brent's staff were hard working and able to quickly identify and overcome any potential obstacle to make our dream pool. His Superintendent Donnie, was an amazing operator, and I can't say this enough, changed the entire look and feel to our back yard.

Here is the advantage of hiring Cool Breeze Pools, every pool company to my knowledge that currently exists (listed above) does not provide additional landscaping/wall/building/rock moving/paver laying/fire pit, above and beyond the footprint of the pool and would tell you to hire a landscaping crew to do what Brent can with his sister company Rocky Creek and Cool Breeze employees. Brent can do all of those things and more, irrigation, sod, seeding, pool installation, retaining walls, water features, fire pit, walkways, driveways, excavation..... Small company's can make the tightest turns and I am a believer in Cool Breeze and Rocky Creek.

...and with that I give them my highest recommendation! Give them a call, let him know what the other company's are offering and their timelines. I think you will see that having two complementary companies under 1 equally shared vision and quality controls will move much smoother than the other guys options. Good luck on your pool journeys!

  Cool Breeze installed our retaining wall, trees, and pool. What i love about them is that they are a landscaping and pool company. Our back yard was horrible. It was a swamp! We had a steep slope and no drains. Now we can enjoy our yard. Brent is an awesome owner who stayed in contact with us whenever we had questions about the process. He has two guys in his team, Patrick and Jody who work really hard. They are some hardworking men and they go all out. I wanted to give them two a special shout out.

  If I could give zero stars I would. I have had this pool constructed for a year and it has been a true nightmare. I have had plumbing, electric, coping, paver, and the list goes on of mishaps and damages. I have used this pool a handful of times, while my neighbor who used a reputable pool company has had ZERO issues.

I believe the photos will speak for itself. I've been the most patient customer, and now I have been met with no responses or answered calls.
